CrossRail Bill in the UK House of Commons is unconstitutional - Muhammad Haque continuing the examination of the unconstitutionality of the ‘hybrid’ Bill

1. How is the Crossrail Bill unconstitutional? –

Answer: It contains provisions that breach the UK constitutional obligations under the European Treaty

2. Any other evidence?

Answer: Yes. The Crossrail Bill ‘select committee’ which is supposed to scrutinise the contents of the Bill is itself a sham committee in that it has been set up to STOP it hearing evidence that shows defects in the Crossrail Bill!

Answer: Yes. The Crossrail Bill ‘select committee’ itself has behaved in unconstitutional way, thus preventing objectors from showing evidence not necessarily barred by the 'main House of Commons'
